School History : Chepani Jr. High School 

The Chepani Jr high school was established in the year 2009.It's address is vill:Purba chepani, p.o: chepani, p.s: Samuktala  ,Dist :Alipurduar. Pin:736206.This school has been running very well inspite of many sortness with 186 students and six teachers.In the North side of the school, there is 31c National High way. In the east side of the school, there is Raydak 1 river a few kilometers away. In the West side of the school the Alipurduar district town 22 kilometers away. I am the first teacher of this school. When I joined to this school there was nothing except more than hundred students. There was no school building, no class rooms, no toilets ,chairs, tables, no office room. I was helpless and puzzled what to do first. Then after one month two teachers had joined to our school. We used to run our school in the purba chepani  primary school in the morning session 7.30am to 10.30 am. After few months with the help of secretary, president and local few people we started to build school building at south side of primary school. Concerned gram panchayet helped us by giving benches for students. Some people of this village donated some benches for students.
