I sandhya Dey joined at Ramkrishna F P School as a Head Teacher in the year 2008. On that time there were many problems in the school which I observed. Poor attendance of students, drop out students, no electricity. There was no separated room for teachers. So many problem in drinking water line. 

On that period I visited door-to-door to sent students to our school. there after I applied for electricity.

I always care to the students and their guardians opinion. By the recommendation of SI/S we received Dolna, Dheki and Slip for our school.

Several times honorable SI/S and AI/S visited our school. They expressed their command that this school may be a model school.

I believed, a good work may not give bad result. In this regards, we got "Nirmal Vidyalaya Puraskar 2016".

I never forgot, student of today will be the proper citizen of nation in their future life.
