General instructions

  • A student seeking admission to any class in the school will be eligible for admission to that class only if He / She 
  1. Has been studying in a school recognised by W.B.B.S.E. or W.B.C.H.S.E. or any other recognised board in West Bengal.
  2. Has pass the qualifying examination which makes a student eligible for admission to a particular class.
  3. Satisfy the age limits (minimum & Maximum )as determined by the government.

Points to be remembered

  1. No student shall be admitted or promoted to any subsequent class unless He / She has copmpleted the regular course of study of the class to which He / She has was admitted and has passed the examination, at the end of the concerned academic session.
  2. All the admission procedure will be regulated by the rules, regulations or orders of thw W.B.B.S.E & W.B.C.H.S.E and the government.
  3. A student shall not be allowed to migrate from one school to another during the session after his name has been sent up for the examination of the board.
  4. If the student made by the parent or guardian of the student or by the student Himself / Herself is found to contain any wilful misrepresentation of facts regarding the student carrier , the Head of the institution may take action as per education act of the state and report the matter to the concerned Board / Authority.

Documents required

  1. Documents in support of his having passed the qualifying examination Ii.e. Marksheet or Progress report).
  2. School Leaving certificate /Transfer certificate signed by the Head of the institution lasat attended.
  3. Date of birth certificate issued by the competent authority.
  4. Two passport sized colour photograph of the candidate.
  5. Fees as determined by the school authority.

.Procedure

  1. Collect the application form from the school or Download the form from the school website.
  2. Submit the dully filled application form in the school on or before the stipulated date with the following documents.
  • Certificate copy of school report of the previous academic year.
  • One certified copy of child`s birth certificate.
  • Copy of transfer certificate.
  • Copy of caste certificate (If applicable)
  • Show original documents at the time of the admission.
  • Pay the stipulated fees and obtain the receipt.
