Admission form for Admission in Classes V-VIII for the Academic Session 2021, is available at School at free of cost. You may download the form from here. Filled up application form with photocopy of 1. BIirth Certificate (Self Attasted) 2. Adhaar Card (Self Attasted) 3. Original 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm Recent Photograph (1 copy) and 4. Mobile Number, can be submitted to the Nodal Teacher available at School from 02-12-2020. Last date for submission of the filled up Admission Form is 16-12-2020.
