1. Birth Certificate, Photo(2 copies)

2. School leaving certificate from previous school(Downloaded from Banglarshiksha e-portal)

3. Last Progress Report

4. Aadhar, Bank pass book xerox, SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B certificate, mobile no. 

5.Class XI- All certificates, etc.

Base Line Survey/ Evaluation of basic knowledge will be conducted by the school on the upcoming students in the presence of guardians for class V and VI.
