ADMISSSION PROCEDURE

The students seeking admission to the school must apply on a prescribed format to be downloaded from the school website or collected from the school office in the month of December. After submission of admission form along with required documents,the student's name will be registered according to the protocol. Parents are requested to carry the original documents to the school on the date of admission for verification.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• 4 Passport size colour photos
• Photocopy of last marksheet
• Blood Group Certificate.
• Photocopy of Adhar Card of students as well as his/her parents
• Photocopy of Parent's Voter ID Card
• Photocopy of KHADDO SURAKKHA CARD of student
• Transfer Certificate(Original)
• Photocopy of the 1st page of Bank Passbook
