Admissions

Admission form distribution starts from the 2nd week of the month of December.

All that needs to be submitted along with the Admission form is given below:

1. Birth certificate ( original & xerox copy )

2. BPL card ( If you have then original & xerox copy )

3. ST and SC certificate ( If you have then original & xerox copy )

4. Aadhar card of student & their parents ( original & xerox copy )

5. Blood group of student ( xerox copy )

6. If student is transfered from any govt. school then Tc have to be submit with student's ID number

7. Form have to be fill up properly.
