ADMISSION PROCESS:

The admission process for ‘Udna Madrasha Primary School’ starts every year at the onset of academic year and School starts in January. For admissions to ‘Udna Madrasha Primary School’ parents should do following steps:

• Schedule appointment with admissions office of the school.
• Get registration form from School office.
• Fill up registration form and submit with necessary documents to admission office.

Eligibility:

       As prescribed by 'West Bengal Board of Primary Education' .

• For ‘Pre Primary’ admissions, the age is 5 years and above but less than 6 years as on January 1st.
• For Class I, admissions, the age is 6 years and above but less than 7 years as on January 1st.
• And so on ...

Required Documents:

• Completed Admission Registration Form
• Passport size Photograph (1 copy)
• Self attested copy of Birth Certificate
• Self attested copy of Aadhaar Card (if possessed)
• Transfer Certificate, Mark sheet of the last exam. (not mandatory in case of fresh admission)
• Self attested copy of Caste Certificate (if, to claim benefit)
• Self attested copy of Bank Passbook (if any)
• Self attested copy of Blood Group (if tested)
• Self attested copy of Physically Challenged (PH) Certificate 
• Self attested copy of B.P.L. Certificate with number from component authority e.g. Panchayat Pradhan (as the case may be)
• [All original certificates must be produced at the time of admission]
