
ADMISSION PROCEDURE :
Every Year, admission procedure starts on 2nd January & goes on till the end of 1st week of April.
NO APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Documents need to be submitted at the time of Admission :
1. 2 copies of recent passport size coloured photographs of student.
2. Primary School Leaving Certificate (Original) (Generated from Banglar Siksha E-portal).
3. Photocopies of Aadhar cards of Student and his / her Both Parents / Guardians.
4. Photocopy of Ration card of Student.
5. Photocopy of the 1st page of the Passbook of Student’s Bank A/C. If the student does not have any bank a/c, then it should be opened within 1 month after admission and submit the mentioned document to HOI as soon as possible.
6. Photocopy of Social Category Certificate ( which helps the school to understand that the student belongs to SC / ST / OBC / MINORITY etc.). If the student does not have any social category certificate, then application for this should be made within 1 month after admission and Parents / Guardians should inform School about the proceedings periodically. After getting the certificate, they should submit the Photocopy to HOI as soon as possible.
7. Photocopies of the Income Certificate of Parents / Guardians (Income Certificates can be obtained from Panchayet office after submitting the required documents).
8. A valid CONTACT NUMBER.
9. Blood Group of Student ( if available).
If the Parents / Guardians fail to produce the FIRST EIGHT of the above mentioned documents at the time of admission or within the time period mentioned by HOI, the student may loss the opportunity to get the various Scholarships announced by Our State Govt.
SCHOOL WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY LOSS.
