As per Govt. regulations 1 color passport size photograph, Photocopy of Birth Certificate & Aadhar Card of Candidate and a Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Guardian and filled DCF Form. Mobile no must be attached in DCF. Then Admission procedure is complete.
