Our Alumni: The Living Legacy of Bhoagachi Junior Basic School The alumni of Bhoagachi Junior Basic School are the true reflection of the values, discipline, and foundation laid within the humble classrooms of this institution since its establishment on 01 April 1962. Though our school serves students only up to the primary level, the impact of these early years has travelled far and wide through the lives of our former students. Over the decades, our alumni have grown into responsible citizens—teachers, government employees, skilled workers, artists, social workers, and conscientious parents—serving society with honesty and dedication. Many of them still recall their first lessons in reading and writing, the guidance of their teachers, and the nurturing atmosphere that helped shape their character and confidence. What makes our alumni special is not only their professional success, but their continued emotional bond with the school. Several former students remain connected, extending support through guidance, encouragement, and participation in school activities whenever possible. Their presence and goodwill inspire our current students, reminding them that humble beginnings can lead to meaningful achievements. As the Head of the Institution, I take immense pride in our alumni, who carry forward the name and spirit of Bhoagachi Junior Basic School wherever life takes them. They stand as living proof that strong foundations, built with care and values, can empower individuals to face the world with courage and compassion. We look forward to strengthening our alumni connection in the years ahead, fostering a culture where past, present, and future generations remain united by the shared identity of this institution. Our alumni are not just former students—they are lifelong ambassadors of our school’s legacy. — Francis Murmu Head of the Institution Bhoagachi Junior Basic School
