Tiluri Kullu Para Primary School was started in the first stage by the late Shri Atul Chandra Gorai Mahasaya.Then the eminent educationists of Kullu Para, the late Shri Raj Kishore Mandal Mahasaya, the late Atul Chandra Gorai Mahasaya and the late Gati Lal Gorai Mahasaya thought of the boys and girls of the village and selflessly donated 33 per cent of the land to build a school house at the end of the village. Makes a clay schoolhouse.Since then, the school has been known as Kullu Para Primary School
