There was no school nearby to Patharkhad locality. Students had to travel long distances to reach school. This very thing hurt one person very much. He decided to open a school in Patharkhad locality and donated his land for the same. The kind and big-hearted person was Sri Late Jagdish Pandey. On his name, our school has developed into a Govt. aided Primary school. To this day we still remember the big-hearted person and his contribution to the locality.
