Form Download

There is no option for online form download.Offline mode is used for this purpose. Only for the students of pre primary a form  is to give for admission purpose. All types of information are collected such as Aadhar no, bank details, contact no, ration card details, caste certificate, birth certificate etc. Though all these are not compulsory for admission.
