Admission forms are available from school till the seats are filled through out the month of January each year. The following are to be filled by the gurdians -

1.Name of the student, Nationalitya(indian/Other), Religion(Hindu/Muslim/christian/other),caste(General/Sc/St/OBC)

2.Father's name, occupation, address, phone number

3. Mother's Name, Occupation, Address, Phhone number

4.Gurdian's Name, Occupation, Address, Phone Number 

5.With whom the student lives (with parents/relatives/gurdian)

6.Date of Birth

7. Age as on the day of application (to be calculated in years,months and days)

8.Evidence of age (Birth certificate/transfer certificate/mother's declaration) 

9.To be admitted in which class
