We the teaching and non-teaching community of Bahadur Thuta Pakuri High School (BTPHS) do work not as an individual but as a collaborated team with the Motto “Put your best possible endeavour for each child who attends our school ensuring they develop a broad range of skills so as to inculcate into them responsibility for their own direction, realise their potential and to adapt to a changing world with positive learning experience. Teachers always do their best applying innovative skills to enhance learning in a joyful ambiance. We are all committed to galvanised values and moralities as we believe in empowering our children in such a manner that they act as representatives of a meaningful and value based society. Our pedagogy which is holistic and comprehensive, complements this. Ours is a team of fabulous faculty comprising members who display boundless energy and intense commitment which keeps the ethos of our school shining brightly “let us keep alive the child's inborn sense of wonder, let us arouse his curiosity to discover the mystery of the world we live in” is our ultimate goal. We all know that to work as a teacher in a school where mostly the first generation learners of BPL category come is to sweat but at the same time we’ll feel warm inside when our efforts bear expected learning outcome. Our utmost endeavours also centre round for providing all facilities of the Govt. Schemes to all the rightful beneficiaries. Though we do have many infrastructural impediments but we smite them with our spirited zeal to help our learners reach the zenith. I feel extremely proud to be a part of it.
