Mahugram Jr High school established on 21st January,2008. It is a longtime achievement of local peoples. It is situated at a very good and pleasant location ,just beside the main road of Kushumandi to Buniadpur. There is a big playground present infront the school and also surrounded by huge trees. It is also covered near about 5 km radius areas which include Brajoballavpur-II and kalikamora G.P. also. School's  has one H.M & Staff room and 6 classroom for running all class comfortably. Electricity, Boy's & Girl's toilet, MMD kitchen room, Mark -II tubewell and place for infrastructure development all facilities are available at the campus.
