We, the teachers of Boaldar Free Primary School, believe that every child has some talent and potential and we seek to make them aware of the same. Our aim is to offer our children best education to ensure the connectivity with their culture. Our teachers follow instructional strategies and lesson plans based on Education Department of West Bengal. We also committed for the all-round developments of the child's personality.

Parent teacher meetings are held where parents or guardians meet the class and teachers of their wards every two or three months periodically. Special attention is paid to the weaker students.
