I-Sree Amal Kumar Sutradhar joined in this institution as an Assistant teacher on 24/10/2009,as per seniority and government decision I took over the charge ofTIC,since then I am continuing the responsibilities of this institutiontill today.

Our institution-GANGEDDA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL is a NewSetup junior high School established in the year 2008 and provisionally recognized in 2009 located beside Kandi-Salar State HighWay in Bharatpur-1 block under kandi subdivision about 5km away from kandi.

Presently the school is running with total 34 students(v to viii)having 4 parmanent Teachers(sanctioned Posts 5)and 1 Non-Teaching staff .The sincere, experienced teachers impart teaching efficiently to the students in spite ofsomany educational infrastructural limitations.

The students are mostly first learner and economically weaker section,so for their economic upliftment we provide the facilities of social schemes like KANYASREE,SHIKSHASREE,AIKYASREE etc.

We provide nutritious food regularly through CMDMP ,HEALT CHECK UP by the local Health Centre,supply iron tablets.

Our school organize some programmes like NIRMAL VIDYALAYA ABHIYAN, ARANYA SAPTAHA,TAGORE’S BIRTH DAY,REPUBLIC DAY,INDEPENDENCE DAY etc,where students take their active participation. Students also participate in block level science quiz and model exhibition.

Among somany amenities there are some infrastructural limitations in our school which are  mentioned here :-

1. The main approach road towards school is all-weather inaccessible ,this was informed many times in various level but situation is unchanged.
2. There is no boundary wall around the school,and there is also a deep pond beside main entrance.No guard wall is erected.
3. There  is no dinning shed in our school.
4. There are toilets but there is no running water facility in the school, there is a tube well  but  the water is not yet been tested whether the water is arsenic contaminated or not that is not known to us.
5. Mid Day Meal is cooked in the kitchen but no fire extinguishing equipment is provided to combat against sudden fire.We have prepared some sand bags as safety measure.
6. No Computer or modern educational teaching aids are provided for better learning.
7. School has lack of fund to complete electrical wiring in the whole building
