

The destination of the ship depends on the captain who manages it. The same is true of schools. Its success and failure depends on the headmaster. Everything is possible if I want. From my childhood I had a dream that I would be the Headmaster. Because my father was the Headmaster of the primary school. I joined on 08/07/1991 as an Assistant. Teacher in Naoda High School . From this time I started my journey to reach my goal .I was selected as an ideal teacher in this school. From 2002 to 08/02/2005 I was appointed as the teacher -in- charge in this school. Finally my dream turned into true. I joined at Kamnagar Kazipara High School on 09/02/2005 as Headmaster. At the time of joining there were only three Asst. Teachers and six organised Teachers. I thought how is it possible to run the school smoothly. I worked in a team spirit and I regarded the teachers as my co -workers .I was not have bossing tendency. I never thought myself as a boss. Always I wanted to be a good institutional leader. Because Headmaster is not a boss but is a good leader. So I share instructional work with my teachers. I consider myself teacher first and last. I know It is very difficult to succeed without planning. So from the beginning of year we arrange some annual plans for smoothing school such as GUARDIAN MEETING--- It will be held after Ist summative evaluation, Third week of May - and 2nd meeting will be held before 3rd summative. ANNUAL SPORTS, 25TH JANUARY,CULTURAL FUNCTION-- RABINDRA JAYANTI, Observation Day- -----Netaji Birty day, Republic Day. Rabindra Jayanti, Rakhi purnima Independence Day ,Teachers Day , Nirmal Saptah (As per order) and school related Govt.Programmes.
ANNUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
We target to fulfill the following annual development plan for every year.
1. 100% present of the students.
2. Coaching class after Test exam. for100% pass in M.P.
3.To reduce drop out students.
4.Bi-annual guardian meeting to develop the students-Teachers- Guardians triangular relationship.
5.To enrich teaching -learning process using TLM and Computers(power point,excel)
6. Regular Medical check- up and exercise to keep the students physically fit.
7. To discuss biography of noble persons at assembly to keep the students morally good.
8. To encourage the students, discussion of successful students who have become headlines in daily news paper.
9.To use school development fund and S. S. M as our requirement..
10.Remidial class for backward students .
During first class I take a round of the school. I notice that all teachers are working well. If any teacher is absent, I say my assistant to make arrangement for provisional routine. There are many Nodal Teachers in my school. such as MDM, Kanyashree, IFA tables, Aikyashree.etc. I think that the teachers, the school and I myself all are meant for the students . I want to be friend, philosopher and guide of the students. It is noted that
