We are trying our best by giving constant effort for the betterment of the school, as well as the students. As this is a rural school, many learners are first generation learners. And it's a real challenge for us to teach them the utility of studying. Parents of most of the students are from the agricultural background, or related to construction works. Here, we are constantly trying to keep the students motivated to learn more and more, on their own. As most of the parents are not literate. Things are changing slowly, but it takes time. Since the inception of this school, the village has seen vast changes in the educational ground of the students. Earlier, a handful of students were able to pass even the madhyamik exam. But, now a days, a dozen of the students from the village have passed the madhyamik exam, higher secondary exam, and many students of our school are able to get into under graduation. It may seem nothing in plain sight, but it is quite a journey for us. As we face staff shortage everyday, we have to deal with lots of students everyday with short staff. Even after taking care of the school, we have to do our school administrative work, and that sometimes make us feel vulnerable. But, at the end of the day, when we see the smile in the face of our students, we strive more and more to make the school better. And we pledge to create the future of the nation strong by educating our students better in every way.
