Welcome to the Website of Laskarpur High School.

I am proud to be a part of Laskarpur High School Team. We, the teachers and staffs of this school are like a family. I try to act like the team leader of this family.

The school is situated in economically and socially backwarded and remote area of Lalgola, Murshidabad. Most of the people lives below the poverty line. Most of the people are engaged in traditional farming, migratory masonery, migratory labour. Most of the women are engaged in biri making.

Stll most of the students are first generation learners. Most of them cant have the ability to read Bengali and English clearly when they come to be admitted in class V.

Our teachers have specially written three Remedial Bengali, Remedial English, and Remedial Maths to enable these special poor students to read their mother tongue and English fluently and to write correctly. Our endevour is to educate these first generation learners and to mould and change their lives completely.

Our best effort is to bring out the best qualities hidden in the students and bring out their all round developement, build their personality, and to make them established in lives.

We have Science and Arts stream in HS section. Students are beng interested in Science slowly. We have newly set up labratory in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer, and Geography.  It is a developing school with a dream to change the growing lives of the tender aged boys and girls and create a developed society.

As it is a very under developed area where cultural activities is zero, We have professional teachers for Drawing Class, Recitation Class, Karate Class, and Music classs to create a cultural atmoshphere in the school and in the area. We sincerely do our career counselling classes to make students concious about their career from their boyhood and girlhood.

Our teachers are dedicated, sincere and loving.

I am proud that we are trying to do that work which the founders of this school dreamt to do....we want help from all the guardains, people, leaders of this area. We need the help of local bodies, and govt to serve the purpose of this school.
