From the Head Of Institution Desk

Message from the Head of the Institution

A lot of sweats on toil a farmer sheds for making a complete TREE. From seedling to a plant and then to a TREE.  YES it is a snail-pace.-a positive effort makes a turn to a way of fast development and rapidity in all works & finally  to reach to a SUCCESS-GOAL  .NISHINDRA HIGH SCHOOL from a four class junior school is now in a shape of a HIGHER SECONDARY INSTITUTION with developed  laboratories and with  enrolment around 2000 students. Needless to say we HAD obstacles. Even it is also needless to say that we HAVE at present some obstacles,- just like the parasite-plants that grows on a big TREE and suck its vital nutrient. But joint venture involving dynamic teachers, good non-teaching staffs and  our guardians, their positive attitudes  always help us to cut those hindrances(like the parasite-plants that grows on a full bloom TREE  & these are to cut off). Are we tired of different tasks imposed on us? Answer is no. We have to face mid- day meal programme, to face SC/ST/OBC etc. scholarship distributing programmes, to face implementation of splendid KANYASHREE programme, to face computerised annual renewal of all these programmes, to face minority scholarship programme, to face bicycle distributing programme & online entry of cycle chassis number, whether these are in holidays.  These are all for all round development of my beloved students. Work is work (no matter).  Again  to continue, we have to face   different guardians for bank A/C opening of each and every student for scholarship purpose, to face distributing programmes of free books and dress  (also school bag ) etc. to face business minded people associated with school dress and food items supply  works, to face furious guardians whose child not received scholarship money  in their student  bank A/C due to fault of long absence in school or discontinuation in child admission or for long and delayed admission, again-to face movement of my dear and dear students whose tender mind so often be corrupted by outside people on issues of not receiving scholarship/bicycle with a greater and advance priority which are not in order  or on issues of not enlistment in mentioned benefits for a kind of fault , irregularities they made.

  • Over and above a good smile from higher official or authority with a thank you message to deal those barriers with a cool mind, so often flows a current of positivity/inspiration among all of us and wipes out all negativities and alleviating us again to work further.

  • In the field of imparting education we are proud enough to declare that we have scholar students from science and arts streams and they are now studying higher education in reputed institutions. We have students who are being selected year by year in upper level scholarship examination. We have students who snatched district level position in art competition. Students of the school decorated the school premises with cleanliness and plantation programme that even drew NIRMAL VIDYALAYA  AWARD.  We have a much developed library with different books, facilities and an excellent qualified librarian .we have teachers, madams with marvellous skills of software knowledge, analytical accounting capability, with excellent eager in cultural activities like singing, special taste on music, commanding capability. These are all beyond their normal teaching & academic duties and posted subject knowledge.

  • There is light at the end of each and every positive effort. Everybody associated with the school should try to remain active enough. I shed my tears silently for students who are attending school from ash dyke zone near NTPC ,and also for students who are crossing dilapidated road with their little bi-cycle to attend school and also for girl students who are attending school crossing all barriers of own family problems or social hindrances.

  • My messages to all not to step back in any kind of hindrances in the field of development and instead should take another forward step to progress and win.

In a day of time and machine, it is very difficult to escalate our little voice so as to reach to the ears of eminent persons. Still there are souls who on being in such an everest- position in society keep open their ears to respond to a little appeal even from a poor village school like us. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude to all those for their valuable efforts towards positivity & associating us and to those eminent personalities who used a portion of their precious time for us. All the little hearts (students) of the school have so become enlightened at the changing hygienic periphery of the institution that my inherent positive message is inexpressible.
