I have joined this institution on March, 2006. The school was previously a Junior High School, since 1984 and was granted the status of a Co-Educational High School (up to class X) in the year 1998. I deliberately chose this school because from the very beginning of my teaching career I wanted to work among the under privileged classes of the society. Most of my students here are from Tribal and Minority Communities, maximum of them are first generation learners and it is the only “High School” of the locality.

In our school, we believe in holistic development of a child, not in imparting sheer bookish knowledge. That is why, in our school, we encourage co-curricular activities. Our students are regular participants in various State-level and National- level events. We believe in making our students a complete social being. Our motto is to make our students responsible citizens for future.

Our school is a cosmopolitan family. We encourage fellow-feeling among our students. Our teachers are not only well-versed in their respective fields of studies, but they are also very much socially active and well-equipped in co-curricular activities. Many of our ex and present teachers boost our students with various prizes.  I am honoured with their cordial co-operation.

Being situated in a outward, remote village, our institution have many impediments in its way  of success, but we are optimistic and determined that we shall work together and “ We shall overcome someday”.
