I have the privilage to give an account on our school where I have been working  since 01/07/2011 Tilutia Junior High School is a newly set up school which started functioning with two guest teachers.I am indebted to those two guest teachers who took trouble to mobilise the guardians and collected the students as well as left out students of the locality with the help of the local people and panchayat .It took a shape of institution with building and essential furniture required for it.

As a regular teacher I joined first in the school and took the responsibility  to keep its progress unabated  as a head of the institute.Subsequently  one assistant teacher and a guest  teacher joined the school.

The institution is situated in a remote village having no suitable communication system where most of the students or all most all the students belong to first generation learner.The locality is predominantly inhabited by minority community.There is only one feder Primary school and guardians like to get their children admitted in a school where their wards may complete madhyamik level education which is the main cause of poor enrolment of the school.

The problem of education is multifaceted.Resultant forces of the social,cultural,economical act upon the education system.It is not possible to solve the problem in a time morning,all will have to fight together to overcome the hardness.

With all its constrain we believe that the institution will play a  crucial role in spreading education.
