As the Head Teacher of the school ,it seems that if the head is right, the school wii also be fine.The most important thing for this is good relations with assistant teachers.

The school staff room is like a family.School improvrment is never possible without mutual cooperation.The improvement of the school in consultation with colleagues.

                Our current plan is to launch digital classrooms.We see that there are various benefits by using projector with the help of respected C.P.C of Md.Bazar C.L.R.C.

In case of mid day meal ,the school kitchen garden gives good results.In this case,some good results have been found.We need to pay more attention to thIs issue.The role of self-help groups are imporant here.

            As the head that seems to need at least one teacher per class.More over ,the use of teachers in out of teaching activities hinders the quality of education.

It can be said emphatically that the education will improve with the cooperationof the guardians.teachers and also administration.
