Hetampurraj high school with full phases secondary school founded by Raja Ramranjan chakraborty of royal,glorious Hetampur Raj family in1869.I am proud to join this school as H.M on1.10.2008. This school was at the college campus at Hetampur upto 1962. This school was transferred to this old building of Hetampur Raj family.H.S stream with science &arts introduced in 2000.Vocational stream with two discipline 1)E.T(CAAM) 2)Health care(Home sc) introduced in2007. There had a s.c/s.t hostel in where many students from Birbhum,Burdwan,Murshidabad stayed in this hostel & spent their academic life.A new S.T hostel founded by welfare & backward dept, of Govt. Of W.B.School has a play ground called garer math by the roadside of N.H 14.It needs a boundary wall around this ground to increase its beautification by planting.Rennovation work has been running for old building of Hetampur Raj family.
