Education entirely depends on Infrastructure. In broader sense , infrastructural development implies proper institutional rooms, campus, playground, good communication system, proper number of teaching and non-teaching staff ,socio-economic condition of the guardians, the due importance to education etc. Approximately 70% of the responsibility of education lies with family, 15% with the institution and the rest 15% lies with the society and the state and the concerned other institutions. If we ignore the role of any one of them, the real educational development is not possible. Their co-operative role is complementary to one another. The educational directives of the institution, the cooperation of the family and their seriousness about education, the overall congenial social atmosphere for education, the principles to follow the model of educationally developed nations, the intention of the state regarding the real infrastructural development for education etc are integrally related to the true development of education. These ideal objectives are yet to be attained . Still, we, the teachers and the educational personnel, are active participants in overall development of education , in spite of multiple circumstantial odds, with sincere conviction.
