A small village Kumarpur. It is situated under Deganga Block in North 24 Parganas. I have joined this school in February 2006. The population of the village is about 2500 and all are minority communities. But most of the people are educated about 90 % of them. There are about 70 govt service employee and most of them are School Teacher ( Primary and Secondary ) and they are our Ex Student. . So environment of our school is enriched by them . So we feel proud. I thank those villagers who set up this school and showed the way to get education and the village Kumarpur developed/developing in education.As a result of it social , economical and cultural activities are growing . According to Cencus 2011 Kumarpur is one of the best minority populated village in West Bengal in Education of Minority community, Employment of Minority people in a village and social and economical development.

           We are trying our best to teach children . But some needs are essensial like 3 Additional Class Room , Headteacher cum Teacher Room , Dinning Hall for Mid Day Meal and Good Toilet and Urinals for safety and Hygeine.So I am requesting the Govt authorities through this platform to take a look and santion our need to help us to provide good education , health and heigine to our children .
