Head of the Institution has a pivotal role to play for the upliftment and all round development of an Institution. She has to play different roles like leader , supervisor, observer etc. 

So as a HOI I want to play all these roles to make this Institution a forerunner school of the area. 

No student will be deprived of quality education so as to help them to be ideal citizen of the country and contribute to build a Nation, being human wealth. A student's success inspire a teacher to make more students and this motivate them to work hard.
