The school was first recognised as jr.high school by WBBSE in 1964 and it takes more than 50 years to be upgraded as high school.In 2016 ,the school was recognised as high school .Today, this institution has been facing the problem of poor roll strength. Being a T.I.C. from 2012,I am trying my level best to overcome the problem. upgradation of the school as high school is one of the example of my efforts to overcome the problem of poor roll strength.
