I got an appointment in this school on 19/07/2019. In spite of getting an opportunity to go to another big school I took the challeng to uplift the present condition of this school. Though the school is very small today , it has great potentiality to be a big school in future. I have already met the community and the administrative people and getting their cooperation. My school staffs are also committed to their tasks. I think a headmaster is as good as his school staffs and the school staffs are as good as the school students and the school is as good as the community people and the administration. 

As a headmaster I personally believe a good school is a real treasure to the society. If the school is a garden and the students are the beautiful flowers , the teachers are the gardener. A headmaster needs to take the responsibility to look after the garden very carefully. The Headmaster should creat a feel - good situation to make students and teachers conducive to their tasks. Those who are students today , in future they are our nation builder. So a Headmaster should work as a facilitator to creat an atmosphere for overall education. I personally believe a true nation is built in a school campus and for that the teaching community has a great responsibility and a Headmaster as the head of teacher just should work as a binding force. As the Headmaster of the school I certainly believe time will deliver a good result as we , all the stake holders are putting extra force with positive intention.
