The school is situated in the village Dandirhat, on the outskrit of Basirhat subdivision. Most of the students of our school come from poor family who live from hand to mouth. We have a galaxy of qualified teachers who always try to impart their utmost effort to our students. Our office room is well equipped with computers, printers, internet & other necessary things which are well operated by two efficient clerks. The Group Ds are also very efficient to perform their duties.

We have introduced school diary wher the students and guardians get all information regarding academic and others. There is a well equipped library where the students exploit their off time in study. Our school compound is protected with high wall and C.C. TV surveillance. There are all equipmets for games & sports in our school. We have a gym. There is also a green park named ' Vidyasagar Smriti Uddyan ' for our students. The students observe cultural programme like Saraswati Puja, Republic Day, Independence Day, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's Birthday, Vivek Utsab, Teachers Day, Rabindra Jayanti, Bhasa Divas etc. They publish wall magazine ' Kachipata' on 5th September every year.
