This is the age of information Technology; Wireless Communication has transformed a lot of human civilization and the school education too. Many schools run with the smart classroom. Students are acquiring knowledge in various fields in a joyful manner. Interestingly communication among teachers and taught has become faster by 4G (Fourth Generation), 5G (Fifth Generation) Technology. Artificial Intelligence (AI) pursues creating the computer or machines as intelligent as human beings. Now-a-days Government is giving stress on life skill development to develop manpower for Science and Technology and Industry. No doubt within some years India will become the country of the highest population after China. So for the Sustainable Development we need manpower means the human as the good resource of the country. No doubt the present Science and Technology in our country is growing on and on exponentially. Perhaps the growth of human values the growths of soft skills which makes the life skill powerful, are growing with negative exponent. At present we have lack of moral education and hardly have we have found ethics relating to human behavior with respect to the rightness and wrongness of actions and difference between goodness and badness of motives. Concept of Education has become more mechanical so we losing our feeling, values, tolerance etc towards the society. So it has the negative impact on the creation of true human resource in our country.

            School is a place where students who are the future of our country can truly develop their life skills as well as soft skill which are basically interpersonal skills and positive attitude that are very closely related with the ethics and human values. So to fulfill our dream and to reach our goal we all need to give more attention to the ethics and values within the system and I am sure that no one can stop of getting a fruitful outcome in coming days.
