In anicient times students acquired knowledge from their Gurus.Subject Experienced as well as qualified Teachers teach their pupils with care, affection and responsibility.But now time and social structure have been changed. Now alround development of  students depends on teachers.,guardians and Managing Committee of aschool. Teachers guide the students inside a classroom but the guardians of today have to keep sharp watch on them in an outside home.And Management of a school acts as a bridge of the three i.e, students teachers and guardians as well as administration. The school faces some disadvantages like shortage of teachers in some subjects especialy in science scoring subjects for H.S students study room for the students ict without which the school can not go well with its name and fame. Inspite of these drawbacks,the results of Madhyamik Examination and H.S Examination is highly satisfactory.
