The name of our school is Bagati Shibsohagini Junior Basic School . It was founded in the year 1923 by some Educationists of the locality. The site of the school is fantastic and pleasant. The School stands on an open space with a small playground within the campus.It is a two storied building with 15 rooms. Every classroom is spacious , well lighted and well ventilated. There is one room designed for the Head Teacher and his office. There is also a staffroom for 15 of our qualified and experienced teachers.  Our classes are held in other rooms. Every room has  adequate amout of elctric light and fan.The benches are also cozy for the students to carry out their educational activities. There are about 450students in our school who comes from far and near. Our school starts at 10.40am with the National Song " JANA GANA MANA ". At the end of the fourth period i.e. 1.30pm there is a recess period when mid-day-meal (cooked food ) is served to the students.Our School Library consits of a large number of interesting books. Our school also provides various games and recreation activities to the students which the students may carry out both inside or outside the classrooms. There are many extra curricular activities for the students in our school. Again, the school also organizes an annual sports for the students every year, where the students can show their best and indigenous talent in physical activity. There is a stage in our school where we commemorate the great persons of our country and also coordinate various cultural programme which provides a befitting beauty to the school . The teachers are also well equipped with modern teaching strategies.So that they can architect every students of our shcool into worthy citizens of our country. Our school is a reputed school in our locality. We must try our best to fulfill our desire because our school is a holy temple of learning.
