With the mission of spreading education among the girl child of poor and struggling sector of the society, Narua Bholanath Dash Balika Vidyalaya was established by Late Sambhunath Mallick and Late Sailendranath Mukhopadhyay in 1966 at Narua, Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal with the financial assistance of Late Bholanath Dash of Lalbagan, Chandannagar, Hooghly. Now our school has been upgraded to Higher Secondary level.

In order to meet the ever growing demand of quality education and accept global challenges the school has to maintain high standard of education.

I believe that in spite of having limited resources, the school with the help of efficient and dedicated teachers and other supporting staff continue to meet the demand of the students who come from different strata of the society and require constant support and guidance to finally move from darkness to light.
