I joined this new set up upper primary school on 23 rd July,2010 as an astt. Teacher of English in language group but as per Govt. regulation I had to take the responsibility of TIC. This was my first job as a government employee in my life and naturally I felt it very tough to act as HOI of the school. But my colleagues were very very polite,active and helpful. With the help of my staff and some benevolent people of Karakberia I was successful to run the school smoothly. However, very soon the school got popularity and started to develop thanks to our great endeavour as well as the big support of the villagers. In 2010 the school started with a grade(V) but now the school has been continuing with four grades(V – VIII) and better to say, it is almost on the way of upgradation to Madhyamik standard. As I am attached to this school from the time of its establishment, there grows a strong emotional bond between the school and me. Really I am in love of the school. My teaching and non-teaching staff have the same feeling about the school as I have. It cannot but be mentioned that without the cordial support and help of my staffs it is impossible on the part of me to play 3in1 role in the school(acting as HOI ,as an astt. Teacher,as a clerck). However, frequently I say to the students, “In the school we teachers are your fathers or mothers and so  feel free to tell us your all sorts of problems”. The relationship between the children and teachers is here very very sweet. As we teach them with utmost care and attention so they try heartily to learn and co-operate with us in all respects.
