On 18.08.2011,I joined Nagarkuri primary School as the Head Teacher vide the order of Bankura DPSC and till now working on the same post.At present I have one assistant teacher Sri Falguni Mondal  who are imparting education to the students heartily.Presently in the field of  school education,starting from T.L.M to all other facilities to the students are hopeful.To fullfill the noble mission of the state Government. As a head teacher,I think outside the classroom situation T.V, Mobile, Internet etc are constantly draging the student and diverting their concentration.I think that the following steps can help to bring back the students attention to their lessons and help us to achieve us our expected learning outcome.

          They are as follow:

1.Separate Teachers should be appointed for the pre-primary section.

2.Classrooms for each class

3.Individual teacher for every class.
