Our school Maniklal Singha Smrity Madhyamik Vidyalaya(H.S.) is named after the name of the  person Maniklal Singha who was a great social worker and very much interested in  establishing the school in such a  rural area where a large number of people are  of backward classes. Now due to the various government policies about the spread of education almost all children are getting admitted into School and continue their education upto class 10 and 12 which was a a imaginary thought in early days. All the girls from class eight are getting Kayashree stipend, 5 to 8 SC ST OBC students are getting stipend under Oasis  Prakalpa,Aikyashree stipend is also running. Moreover meritorious student are also awarded from school.
