The   staff  of  Kadlagora Jr.  High  School  are  committed  to  providing  a  safe  caring  and  nurturing  learning  environment  for  every  student   with  a  wide  range  of  activities  to  learn  and  grow.  Our  aim  is  to  provide  our  students  the  best  education  with  value  system  and  provide  creative  learning  environment  at  primary  level  while  ensuring  they  connected  to  their  culture.  Education  must  build  characters  and  cultivate  human  value  in  students.  The  importance  of  education  is  not  only  in  knowledge  and  skill  but  it  is  to  help  us  to  live  with  others.  The  teacher  in  our  school  has  a  great  responsibility  in  shaping  the  character  of  the  studentss.  They  giving  each  and  every  student  the  attention  necessary  to  achive  higher  goals.  The  students  should  ask  their  teachers  when  they  do  not  understand.  

We  are also  committed  to  helping  all  our  students  become  productive  and  responsible  members  of  the  community  by  creating  a  learning environment  that  fosters  the  social,  emotional,  physical,  and  intellectual  growth  of  students.  It  is  not  possible  for  a  single  person  to  know  everything  in  the  world.
