Our School which is situated at Khorop village in Amta II Block of Howrah district has passed 150 years serving as a beacon of knowledge to the students of the locality and around. Established in 1870 at the initiative and patronization of some educationalist, the school has gradually developed into a Higher Secondary institution with a wing meant for Vocational Studies. We take pride in our mini museum, science laboratory to meet the need of Physics, Chemistry and Biology studied, Auditorium, Play ground, facility for smart class learning and the new gymnasium with which we try to better the cognitive and physical skills of the students. We now Endeavour to boost MDM programme by setting up a vegetable garden in school and bring every student within the purview of Information and Communication Technology which is indispensible at presents, All in all, we strive to improve the teaching learning process here now as well as in the days to come.
