Every office needs a manager and its management depends on the manager’s unique sense of controlling every challenging situation. So every school is unique and the technique of managing its unique problem depends on the tactics of the headmaster or the head of the institution .
Far beyond , the head has to control the size and location of the building , the learning needs of the students , the variety of families , and of course the skills and experience of staff members . All these factors all play a huge part in creating the environment of a successful running school.
Each day , the head oversees and implements the school improvement plan that drives instruction , evaluate teachers , and interact with students .Head is asked to take on many other assignments and responsibilities such as surving on district, country and state committees , presenting at conferences , and attending professional development . In all these fights and challenges teaching and non-teaching staff along with managing committee play an outstanding damaged controlled role though each of them had their own personal fears , motivations , thoughts , and skills that allow them to take on the incredible responsibility of being a part of the school .
At present , shibpur high school runs by teacher-in-charge , sukhen mondal along with the support of his co-staff both teaching and non-teaching and under the positive guidance of managing committee staff . The whole staff face and fight the continuous ups and downs to strength and excel the academic base of the students with an intent to up grade the level of the students , along with it to upgrade the level and the name of the school. The head and the staff get the pleasure of working as a diplomat, communicator , friend and neighbor to each other in order to balance the tough days and to do many more tasks with the one and only motto , “ the success of every student”.
Last but not least the hard work of the whole staffs of shibpur high school like a family to enhance and encourage the over-all development of both school and pupils can better be explained in the words of Harper Lee :
