Sarmila Ghosh ,a senior teacher of history ,is the present 'Teacher in charge' of our school. Mrs Ghosh's motherly affection  for her students, empathy as well as command over her colleagues and dedication and devotion towards the ideology of revered Balai Charan Roy, the founder of Joynagar Pallisree Vidyaniketan, have evolved her as a true leader.
