Education, it is said, liberates the human being & modifies one's behaviour by drawing out the best from every pupil. It is our pledge to empower our students, hone individual skills & make them willing, lifelong learners. As educationists, we are accountable for their physical, emotional, mental & creative progress through school. Nowadays, a child has knowledge at his fingertips & this makes the task of teachers all the more difficult. The teacher needs to realize that education has widened its scope to include personality development and an understanding of the true meaning of life. To empower our students we need to walk hand in hand with their parents. With more focused guidance from parents & teachers the present generation  could  become  a more  disciplined & ready to face the world instead of shying away from reality or suffering  from depression  & tension.
