Since its benign foundation in 1954, our dear seat  of learning : Dharsa Mihirlal  Khan  Institution  (HS)  has  been  successfully  delivering  its motto and mission to spread education among the neighbouring students of the locality where it is situated. It has the status of Govt. Sponsored Co-Educational Higher Secondary school having affiliated to WBBSE(Index No. :- F1-034) and WBCHSE(Code No. :- 106184).

          Our Institution is such a school where each and every student gets a scope to become a good citizen beautifully passing through a definite curriculum and dignified academic ambience and balanced discipline. Following the “Right to Education” and “Education for All” policies of the Govt. the different types of students are admitted here from class V to class XII. ICT based education is also imparted as a part of the curriculum.

          The  students  of  our  Institution  besides  adhering  to  regular teaching-learning programme, spontaneously take part in different Co- Curricular and Extra-Curricular activities and represent the school in different levels of cultural activities as well as games and sports. The results of Madhyamik and H.S. Examinations are progressive and praiseworthy. The Library, Laboratories, Class-Room Teachinh- Learning programs applying modern technologies viz. ICT are of high quality and satisfactory.
