I took over the charge as the Head of the School on November 18 2008.It has been 12 years since then many former teachers of the school have retired and a group of lively vibrant new teachers have been appointed to the post from the Education Department to the school level there has been a major change in the way schools are run.All the projects and activities that are going on under direction of the govt. and the Education Department are brought under the preview of the students of our school as soon as possible.Kanyashree,Shikshashree,Minority, Scholarship are available to the students of the school.Most of the students are first generation learner that is why they are taught with extra care.Our school runs in the morning school and in other school buildings which is the main drawback.In spite of this limitation the continuous and united endeavour of the teachers,staffs ,guardians and students. School has completed 50 years of glorious journey.A few posts of teaching staffs and a post of group D staff are vacant due to retirement.If these posts are filled the teaching process will be a little easier.The computer lab has been approved under govt. ICT project which is going to be launched soon.Hopefully from next academic year students will be able to take advantage of Computer Education. Without mentioning another aspect it will not be possible to fully present the work of the school that is the Mid day Meal project.It is cooked in our School’s own Kitchen every morning and distributed among the students of class V to VIII.Students participate in the Mid day meal with great enthusiasm and it is observed that the students’ health condition has improved tremendously along with education.This was essential for our economically back word students.Every year free notebooks ,books ,school uniforms are distributed among the students as per the instructions of Sarva Shiksha Mission. Finally i would like to say that with the joint effort of all school can play a leading role in building real citizens in the society.It is my wish that the school will move forward on the path of further improvement with time.
