
School is a place where a child grooms himself and progressively reaches the peak of his success. The deeper question is that : Will we be able to develop knowledge with greater efficiency - or be able to let the students 'pass' the examination by keeping knowledge aside? Possibly, we prefer the expansion more than the depth. These questions are related with education. May be the small tests are useful - but how long the knowledge acquired during first or second Unit test will sustain at the time of seven or eight Unit test? According to an eminent educationist, knowledge is the residue of forgetting what we have tought. Students are not getting time to practice after learning a subject at school. As soon as a test is over, a new subject comes. Then ! Is the role of a teacher to introduce new topics and load the tiny brains? We believe in helping the students to practice whatever they are tought, and the teachers will take the greater responsibity. This way, the student will gain the skill to apply the newly acquired knowledge independently. A teacher is one who makes himself progressively unncessary.
