Time and tide wait for none.Every Institution does not wait for time to develop.Our school is also going on gradually and steadily towards the present from past.In my opinion our Institution,students,guardians and beloved teachers are all the best factors to develope our Institution time to time.In our locality  our school completed diamond jubilee in the 2012 A.D. Most of the students who have been coming from very poor family generally increases their morality and ideality by the guidance of our beloved teachers.I think our all the teaching and Non-teaching staffs are the back bone of the beloved Institution namely Nazirbazar Harendra Highschool(H.S.).We have all the components to develop Institution but without finance and insufficiency of teaching and Non teaching staffs We are sometime in the backfoot.In the long journey I hope the school will be one of the best school in the locality.Lastly,the factors dependent for the development of our school are ---1)Good teaching capacity 2) Teaching Aids 3)Discipline 4)Regularity  5)Devotion

         All these criteria has to borne by all the staffs of school.
