The periphery of education does not remain confined or stuffed within the narrow wall, rather it extends to limitless haunt in achieving analytical approach and breaking the schizophrenic existence. Education according to my perspective is a silent war launched against the vocal social barriers and root out its existence and move towards the fair and unbounded society. Our perseverance must be to acknowledge the education as a better tool to make the fair and just society but not to make it as only a way to earn and exist livelihood. As said by Swami Vivekananda’ education is the manifestation of perfection. But to utter the truth our society hardly follows this true meaning of education. At present moment, it literally seems that education is becoming a mercantile approach. The efforts of Government to provide free and compulsory education is steadily cornered due to mushrooming of  private institutions randomly without a sign of break whose true motive is purely a profit orientation rather than a knowledge orientation. Government must contemplate about other option to encounter these challenges before it get too late, else Vivekananda’s dream of education can never be possible to materialize.

New Integrated Govt. School, Darpasila always endeavors to provide quality education amidst many obstacle and barriers among the poor tribal and other marginalized communities of this Jungle Mahal area. This is the most recent and first attempt of the government to bring these communities in the main stream through the gateway of education by establishing this type of school. To say the reality indeed, they are the first generation in this area from their community who is getting access of education through English Medium. Therefore, challenges lying before us is much herculean more than what we imagine and contemplate. But still, we the teachers of this school take these challenges as a way to discover new ways and fostering new ideas and refine ourselves more and more to prepare a new room for the upcoming generation.

We are positive and hopeful enough that our consistent perseverance will lead these generations towards a new horizon of success where the power of knowledge will have a triumphant effect and every darker phase of the society will be super shaded by a new ray of hope. We vow ourselves to take these challenges and work for the betterment of the future generations to come. Stealthily we will be able enough to leap toward our goal and the days seemed not far enough to harvest our cultivated dreams of success. 

I wish every success and fruition career to all my staff members and students as well in the near days to come. We stand together in unity and take up every challenges as our duty.
